How does Bloat Buddy work?
Bloat Buddy combines three different ingredients: Liquorice (root) extract, Globe Artichoke and Ginger. Our Liquorice root extract (GutGard®) has been shown to have beneficial activity for digestive support by helping to protect our precious, hardworking gut. Ginger has been used as a digestive aid in eastern Europe for generations. Studies have demonstrated that ginger can lend a helping hand by relieving occasional bouts of nausea. Globe artichoke has also been used for generations as a digestive aid and has been shown to support: Healthy liver function, Feelings of fullness, Bloating, Flatulence, Early Satiety and Gastritis.
I’m pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use Bloat Buddy?
Sorry Evies, this one is a no.The ingredients in Bloat Buddy have not been studied for their safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding so we cannot confidently recommend it for this life stage.
Who is Bloat Buddy for?
Bloat Buddy is for people who struggle with everyday gut woes like IBS, bloating, discomfort after eating and irregular or infrequent trips to the loo.
Can I take Bloat Buddy alongside other Eve products?
Yes! Bloat Buddy can be taken alongside all your Eve favourites. We recommend pairing with V Good Probiotics for the ultimate gut support duo.
Is Bloat Buddy suitable for children under 12?
Unfortunately, this is not recommended for under 12 years old.
Is Bloat Buddy allergy-friendly?
Yes! Bloat Buddy is: Gluten free, Soy free, Dairy free, Corn free, Refined sugar free, GMO free, Free of artificial colours, flavours and additives.
Is Bloat Buddy contraindicated with any medications?
We do not recommend Bloat Buddy if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If on Warfarin or other blood thinning medications, consult with your health professional before use.
